What I build alongside my day job. Each tool solves a problem I actually had.
- Vigie. A small Rust CLI that watches GitLab and GitHub and writes to a
file the tickets assigned to me, filtered by labels and status. It
only reads, through
glabandgh, and calls no model. I wrote it for Implementation Factory, which reads that file back and puts those tickets in its queue. Open source. - Claude Usage Statusline. Three braille bars in the Claude Code status line: the 5h quota, the 7-day quota, the context window. Each bar fills with what I have already burned and turns red before I hit the ceiling. Open source.
- Apogée. A dashboard of SpaceX flight activity, in French, built on Launch Library 2: upcoming departures, a filterable catalog, booster reuse. The rule I set myself, never show more than the source publishes. Missing data is flagged as missing.
- Implementation Factory. A local software factory built on Claude Code. I paste the URL of a GitLab ticket or a GitHub issue, it creates a git worktree on the right repository, opens a Claude Code terminal in it and runs the sequence through to the merge request. The interface shows the agents it spawns, the tools it calls and the documents it produces, live. Open source.
- MDora. A desktop markdown viewer, for reading a
.mdfile without opening an IDE. Mermaid diagrams, in-document search, a table of contents, PDF export, all in a 10 MB Tauri binary that starts instantly.
