• MedGPT. Still where most of my days go. The shipping pace has not let up.
• Implementation Factory. My local software factory, built on Claude Code: GitLab or GitHub tickets go in, merge requests come out. Several tickets run in parallel, each in its own git worktree, and every run is measured: tokens, time, rework. The tickets assigned to me enter the queue on their own, spotted by Vigie, a small Rust CLI I wrote for it, with no model call. Both are open source. This week, the project dropped its old name, Implementation Harness, and it can now be driven from the terminal too. Repository: github.com/Greg-Klein/implementation-factory.
• Apogée. SpaceX flight dashboard built with Claude Code: next launch, filterable catalog, booster reuse history, sourced from Launch Library 2. Live at apogee.gregoryklein.io.
